Accountabilities
Lead the technical sales and business development efforts to sustain growth of the Digital Services business at UOP, with focus on Performance Management Solutions. Work with New Service Business, UPT/LST/STS Businesses, Marketing and Sales team in the development of Customized Offerings to address customer needs.
Lead the intake process to evaluate commercial opportunities, define technical strategy and work with managers to assign appropriate sales-support resources to attribute technical & value elements to the solutions & offerings.Participate in intake process for Outcome & pullthrough opportunities when lead by other product lines.
Assist in shaping new Performance Management Solution offering launch & positioning, working with Marketing, Businesses, Sales and Service to develop winning strategies & plans.
Manage sales support metrics and SFDC dashboards. Identify opportunities to automate process for increased efficiency. Collaborate with Digital Transformation to promote digitization efforts.
Evaluate team performance using standardized , transparent metrics. Implement plans to address deviations. Identify and address medium term plans.
Prioritize resources to support business plan and commercial needs. Coordinate resources (people, tools and processes) to meet designs and prospecting needs of the business in alignment with Annual Operating Plan.
Participate in guarantee approval process as needed.
Interact with technical stakeholders in the customer organization to understand their technical needs, provide details on how UOP’s technical designs address their comments/questions.
Coordinate with service, engineering, business and marketing teams for new offerings & launches.
