Sr Analyst - Quality Assurance

Software Development Engineer in Test


We are currently seeking talented Mobile Apps Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET) to help build a high-impact healthcare product. If you enjoy being empowered to own features and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, this role is an excellent fit for you.


Responsibilities:


Develop and execute a wide range of manual and automated tests for both mobile applications and backend services.
- Track, release, and support features that enable healthcare professionals to efficiently manage their inventory.
- Write and perform detailed and comprehensive test plans, strategies, and both functional and non-functional test case scenarios.
- Build automated test suites to ensure the quality, security, performance, and scalability of our applications.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver component, integration, and end-to-end tests, ensuring smooth deployment to production.
- Log and document bugs in the error-tracking system.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate manual and automated testing activities.
- Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes.
- Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and standards.


Qualifications


Up to 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Familiarity with coding basics and data structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Good command of the English language.


Bonus Points


- Experience designing and writing automation scripts.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Postman, XCFramework, Katalon Studio).
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., Gatling, JMeter).
- Linux experience and familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, or Docker.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, best practices, and tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development model.
