Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and execute performance tests using Load Runner and other performance testing tools.
  • Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure performance considerations are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
  • Utilize Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and diagnostics.
  • Implement and manage memory management strategies to optimize application performance.
  • Configure and manage WebSphere application servers to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios.
  • Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing and optimization techniques.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Performance Engineer with a strong focus on Java applications.
  • Proficiency in performance testing tools such as Load Runner.
  • Experience with Dynatrace or similar application performance monitoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of memory management and optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with WebSphere application server configuration and management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with other performance testing tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of additional application servers and monitoring tools.
  • Certification in performance testing or related areas.
