Job Description:Job DescriptionAssist the users on requisitions process, purchase orders, contracts and other documents vital to the purchasing functionSupporting critical L3 PO re-open activityTrack and administer team's performance, by providing useful insights to the Team Manager and teamWork with the team, Process Owners and Product teams to fix the issue within the processMaintain internal process documents and keep it updatedReduce manual processing time, automate procurement processes, achieve through standardization, Waste reduction, quality of work, and draw important insights that improve the procurement processMaintain Quality scores. Sustain and improve CSAT scoreBe a SME of the process and tackle all the process queriesImprove end user experience by removing red tape and improving the SCM systems and processesEffective back up for the Team Lead and support Manager when requiredAssist with the audit requirement and provides necessary documentsRecommends appropriate tools or systems to procure the products or services and provides supporting document details to complete the activitySupports procurement queries through Employee Connect or through Emails/ChatMaintains contact with users or the requestors till the closure of the ticket and provides regular assistanceConfers with department managers and employees relative to purchasing procedures, purchasing needs, complaints and special problemsCoordinates with respective internal teams to obtain the required information or to escalate a caseExplore opportunities to expand the scope to learn and support the business.Knowledge on ezBUY and other purchasing toolsConduct procurement and supply chain data analysis to support decision-making.Assist in supplier interactions, contract administration, and data reporting.Collaborate with the procurement team on various tasks.Support the alignment of procurement activities with broader organizational objectives.Assist in tracking and reporting departmental KPIs.• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting procurement and supply chain practices.Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
