Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Analyze financial data and support the preparation of financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and validate financial information.
• Contribute to the development of financial forecasts and budget models.
• Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances.
• Participate in the identification of financial trends and their implications.
• Prepare and present financial information to team members and department heads.
• Assist in maintaining financial models.
• Support process improvements in financial planning and analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, in a similar role in financial planning and analysis
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) a plus
