MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


Work on the incidents raised by business / IT Operations / monitoring team for the issues in SAP Contact to Cash process and resolve them within the SLA time and provide quality service to client. Work on minor enhancements / bug fixes to meet the business requirement.  Do required configuration or provide functional specification to development team, test the changes, update design documents and ensure that the changes are moved to production on time.  Should be capable of interacting with development team and discuss both from business process perspective and technical perspective. Work as duty manager on rotation basis and execute the responsibilities of a duty manager with care.


Experience:


  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in SAP Sales & Distribution module.  Experience in S4 HANA environment is preferred.  Certification in SAP SD S4 HANA will be an added advantage.
  • Client facing experience is preferable.
  • Experience in implementation/roll out projects will be an advantage.
  • Should have worked in production support projects.  Should have good understanding about Service level agreements, KPIs, etc. followed in production support projects.
  • Very good knowledge about end-to-end sales & distribution process is must.
  • Candidate should have Knowledge / experience in processes like Consignment flow, Sales Bill of materials, Down Payment, Self-billing processes, etc.

Skills:


  • Skilled in SAP Sales & Distribution module and its processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
