The Senior Technical Consultant is an experienced multi-skilled professional, with hands on experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementations. He/she is a good team player, who is part of a team responsible for managing the act as an Advisory to our customers.


The ServiceNow consultant is motivated to take strong ownership on actions, to find innovative ways to improve the services’ agility and efficiency, and to continuously gain more skills.


Responsibilities


  • Work with Clients, Functional and Technical teams to drive effective management of the application
  • Ability to lead a team of consultants and deliver to the client
  • Support and Manage System testing, as well as supporting the customer through User Acceptance Testing and Postproduction phase.
  • Innovate ways to automate repetitive processes
  • Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with the documented processes and procedures throughout the life cycle
  • Create SOP documentation and update them to Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies

Must have Skills and Qualifications


  • Extensive experience (8-12 years) with ServiceNow ITOM modules, including CMDB. Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex ITOM projects from conception to completion, delivering measurable business value.
  • CIS-Discovery and(or) CIS-Event Management certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team of consultants and take end-to-end ownership of project implementation tasks.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
