Responsibilities
  • Configure systems as required by business requirements in Payroll (US), Global HR, Talent management, Benefits, and Time and Labour modules and  ensure system meet business process requirements accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Experience in setting up various profile options
  • Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and management of configuration/prototype workshops
  • Work with Clients, Functional and Technical teams to drive effective management of the application
  • Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions Payroll module, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
  • Support and Manage System testing, Business Object testing as well as supporting the customer through User Acceptance Testing and Post-Production phase.
  • Work with cross-functional teams at customer site to drive system/solution/technical architecture.
  • Innovate ways to reduce the operational activities
  • Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Experience with customization, personalization and approvals/workflows
  • Develop ad-hoc reports to cater business needs using OTBI
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Overall 8+ years of experience in HCM Cloud Payroll (US), Global HR, Absence, Recruiting & Talent Modules.
  • Hands-on experience in Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP), Reporting (OTBI & BIP), Fast Formula & Personalization.
  • Should have strong experience in HDL & Design Studio.
  • Should be able to debug issues and provide on call support based on project needs.
  • Excellent experience in end-to-end implementation /support projects
  • Good knowledge on Quarterly Releases.
  • Should be able to Write and execute test cases independently.

Nice to have skills:


  • Experience with client facing role.
  • Certifications in any stream of HCM Cloud Modules
  • Techno-Functional Experience.
