About the role: Should have good Reconciliation knowledge, Card network (Visa/Master/Rupay) Staging activities, Acquiring, Analytical skills, Positive attitude, Team Player and Should be a quick learner.
Manage all day-to-day activities and contribute towards the process improvement and to act as backup in case of Team Lead absence.
What you’ll be doing?
- · Perform Visa/MasterCard settlement reconciliations.
- · Will be responsible for Acquiring settlement, payment gateway, merchant onboarding and reconciliation process.
- · Respond in a timely and professional manner to all requests for information, regarding merchant onboarding\queries\settlements.
- · Handling File generation, batch run for daily settlement files and process internal reconciliation for settlement process.
- · Handling Mastercard’s and visa settlement clearing.
- · Responsible for reviewing periodical Reconciliation of Settlement suspense accounts and ensure proper follow up actions are being taken care of the outstanding entries.
- · Merchant Integrations, Merchant Onboarding, API Integrations (PG/MPI/Merchant)
- · Ensure reconciliation, merchant onboarding processes and procedures are documented and maintained.
- · Monitor all regular system reports to ensure reconciliations are correct and bank transfers to detect irregularities.
- · Basic level of understanding on Acquiring Disputes.
- · Ensure all daily operational tasks to be completed within the defined timeframe.
- · Ensure all customer queries are addressed timely.
- · Should be flexible to work in any shifts.
What are we looking for?
- · Graduate in any stream.
- · Good Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- · Good MSOffice skills and Excel knowledge will be an added advantage.
- · Minimum 4-5 Years of Experience in Acquiring and Reconciliation process.
- · Experience in Banking domain (Cards division) will be an added advantage.
- · SQL knowledge will be an added advantage.
