About the Role:


We are looking for a Corporate Travel specialist who will be responsible for managing and supporting travel bookings and traveler inquiries, partner with business requesters on venue selection, provide analytics and regular reporting on travel and meeting spend and help audit travel bookings for compliance.


What You'll Do:


  • Coordinate with business requesters to plan travel, meeting accommodations and itineraries (research destinations and available services and activities)


  • Able to manage and guide Travel Bookings.


  • Works with Travel Category lead for Negotiating contracts or rates with travel and meeting service providers.


  • Source hotels and meetings.


  • Work with requesters to stay within policy.


  • Prepare and deliver periodic reports on travel and meeting spend against budget.


  • Make recommendations to drive continuous improvement of travel and meeting programs.


  • Assist with data clean up and analysis to understand policy and booking compliance.


  • Analyze travel and meeting spend, trends, define cost benchmarks and general travel data to measure against KPIs.


What You'll Need:


  • 5+ years proven experience in hospitality and corporate travel.


  • Travel Helpdesk Management for Global Regions.


  • Knowledge of travel industry players, best business practices


  • Ability to analyze travel and meeting spend to identify trends and make recommendations on travel policies and programs.


  • Highly organized, efficient, and customer service-oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations.


  • Ability to manage change effectively while being mindful of business processes and systems implications.


  • Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),


  • Exposure on several Travel tools such as Concur and Egencia.  


  • Graduates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.


  • Experience in venue sourcing.


  • Travel tool Navan.


Work Location: Pune, IND


Shift Time: 4 AM IST to 1 PM IST
