The Impact: The BI Sales Analytics & Planning – Sr Analyst will play a critical role in shaping and guiding the Market Intelligence business, ensuring we have the optimal sales analytics & planning strategy to achieve growth goals and maximizing ROI through data driven insights and tools.

Responsibilities:


  • Design the KPIs to measure success of existing sales analytics program.


  • Enable a unified approach to analysing all customer data. Drive analytics & insights strategy that fosters data-driven culture through trusted data products and simplified user experience.


  • Sr the team in analysis involving manipulation of large amounts of information generated through the course of company operations across different departments (Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, Customer Success etc.), using various analytics & visualization tools.


  • Use data from finance, people and sales analytics combined with real front line stakeholder observations/Feedback to drive decisions.


  • Advise and consult with Srership team on optimal analytics strategy.


  • Keep up to date with industry trends to keep abreast of risks and opportunities.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field or 6+ years of equivalent related professional experience.


  • Exceptional internal/external presentation and verbal communication skills.


  • Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI with knowledge of R and/or Python.


  • Knowledge and experience with analytics solutions using cloud-based solutions (Azure or AWS Cloud).


  • Solid foundation of sales & product workflows/operations in the Information Service Industry.


  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects using creativity, flexibility, prioritization, and organizational skills.


  • Ability to partner with multiple teams and functions, influence and build consensus towards a common goal.


  • Skilled project manager, savvy at working across functional boundaries to deliver improvement.


  • Effectively communicate complex ideas to primary business partners, both verbally and in writing.


  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.


  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and curiosity for continuous improvement.
