Job Description: Insurance Presales Support & Proposal Management Specialist
Essential Job Functions
- Presales support for Insurance in the APJ-MEA region
- Manage Response to RFP/RFI/ RFQ/EOI etc. and Insurance ISB deal governance.
- Organize Product Demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs) for Clients
- Co-ordinate solution presentation to Clients
- SPOC and presales support to Insurance Sales team in APJ-MEA region on deal governance.
- Support Product team in User Group Sessions
- Prepare and maintain marketing & pre-sale support collateral.
- Support on inputs to Industry Analysts reports e.g. Celent, Gartner etc.
- Participate and contribute to DXC Marketing events and Workshops for Insurance in APJ-MEA
- Ad-hoc support to APJ-MEA Insurance Delivery and Sales team on presentation slides and collaterals
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or related field preferred
- Seven or more years of responding and working on business proposals, RFI/RFP responses for BFSI.
- Experience working with solution/product companies and being part of the pre-sales, solutioning team.
- Experience in technical writing for creating proposals, documents, collaterals especially for Insurance industry-based software solutions preferred.
- Experience working with technology products, services, competencies, solutions, and offerings.
- Experience working with business environment, business industry and competitor products and services.
Other Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team member and prospective clients.
- Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
- Ability to respond with a quick TAT to the dynamic developing needs of sales team to respond to client requirements.
- Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks.
Work Environment
- Office environment/WFH
- Ability to travel on short notice.
- May require evening or weekend work.
