What you will be doing:

Role requires the candidate to understand the e-Banking products and serve as Agile Product Owner on Safe scrum team(s). Facilitate requirement gathering & maturing, solution conceptualizing and documentation. The role begins working with different product stakeholders to articulate their requirements in an explicit manner and ends with delivery of the solution.

Job Description:

• The candidate is expected to perform the following tasks in their capacity: -
• Work closely with Product Management, Client Engagement Manager and banks for feedback.
• Understand business requirements, write features, and break down the high-level requirements into user stories based on the detailed requirements.
• Maintain and develop team requirements backlog, perform iteration planning and execution.
• Serve as customer proxy on the development team, interact with the technical team and provide necessary support to understand the requirement throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Manage end to end traceability of business requirements from initial scoping through solution design, quality assurance and delivery.
• Think out of the box and come with creative solutions maximizing the available resources and minimizing impact on the environment
• Influence decisions and requirements from all involved entities in order to meet the business requirement in most optimal and flexible manner
• Perform testing as required. Help developers to perform systems and integration testing.
• Work in an international environment with stake holders from multiple ethnicities
• Would be required to work alone as well as in teams

What you bring:

• BE/ B.Tech/MCA and MBA (preferably) 10+Yrs. experience as Product Owner/Business Analyst in Retail Banking domain.
• Must have worked on projects with Agile methodology. Excellent understanding of SAFE and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to visualize and define functional solution design to address the business needs appropriately. Prototyping or wireframing experience is needed. Knowledge of UX and Design-centered thinking is highly desirable.
• Should have excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent working skills
• Teamwork is a must.
