Roles and Responsibilities:

·To take responsibility as Quality Lead for GES HPS handling all GES locations and groups

·Responsible for all QMS operations like process asset creation & maintenance, arranging / conducting Internal audits as per ISO 9001: 2008 requirements, process improvements, tracking Quality objectives etc. for Global Engg Services

·Establish and drive Global Quality framework

·Work with Operations and Engineering Excellence team to establish and create quality standards, update process changes

·Drive key results in Quality objectives KPIs – Defects in delivery quality like number of defects (per document, Rework hours, etc.,). Monitor performance, Corrective Actions (CA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

·Track & drive COPQ (both engineering and vendor deliverables)

·Co-ordinate with Process improvement teams in implementing & improving work processes or creating processes where they do not exist in formal manner

·Drive adherence to Engineering Processes through Internal Audits (create Audit tools, Checklists) establishing audit calendar

·Create and drive Project Quality Plan collaborating with Engineering and Factory Quality Lead

·Drive tracking, analysis and reporting of Project defects (internal and customer identified), ensuring timely closure/completion of NC, RCAs and report-out

·Support Global ISO 9001certification for engineering processes

·Establish Buit-in quality culture

·Nurturing & Mentoring of newly inducted auditors

·Conduct trainings for new employees / refreshers on Quality processes / Tools

·MOS with various GES group Leaders, Monthly review in GES MBR on all the Quality metrices and create a robust feedback mechanism

·Align with HPS Global Quality requirements

Candidate should have minimum 12+ years of overall engineering experience in automation systems (DCS/ PLC) out of which at least 5 years in managing as Quality Lead/Manager/Supervisor for those engineering projects or as overall Quality Lead for the automation Engineering/Non-Manufacturing organization

·Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/B Tech – Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics)

·Certified Lead / Internal Auditor (ISO 9001)

·Worked on data analysis. Excellent knowledge in MS Excel & Power point presentation, Power BI or equivalent tools

·Candidate must have hand on experience of carrying out Internal audits in line with ISO 9001 requirement

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective stakeholder management

·Ability to influence without having direct authority

·Ability to work senior level management & quickly understand priorities

Preferred

• PG Degree/Diploma on Quality Management Systems
  
• Six Sigma Black Belt/Lean certified
  
• 3-4 years of Project/Engineering management in a EPC / Engg Organisation

• Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
