Roles and Responsibilities: Sr. Advanced Field Service Engineer
Supervise and lead the South Service team, including scheduling, Performance management, and Professional development.
Formalize Standardization of LSS operations.
Handling of major customer account sin terms of Service and project Management/ Add-on requirements etc.
Maintaining Customer meeting and have regular Service Feedback.
Ensure Zero Customer Escalations.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate with other teams to resolve them.
Pipeline Development and ensure Order Conversion.
Framing the Technical Solution and Freeze the Bill of Materials.
Ensure monthly AMC Revenue Billing as per AOP Targets.
Support to Commercial team for timely collection of Payments.
Completion of Technical Skill Certification in time.
Ensure Completion of Soft Skill Trainings.
End to End Responsibility of Refinery and major Customer (CPCL/HPCL/ BPCL/ Shell/TNPL/Reliance FPSO /ONGC etc).
Focus on new BTI cases and work for order conversion.
Generate new leads for Spares.
Focus on new Cyber Prospects like Cyber Insight / MSS 2.0.
Identify the new Engineer and mentor them to enhance their Technical Skillset on various Products to work Independently.
EDUCATION
BE - Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control
8+ years of experience preferably in field services
