As a Sr Accounts Receivable Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and leading all aspects of the accounts receivable process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments.
• Maintaining contacts with the client, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring invoices are clear for payment.
• Resolving internal and external queries around outstanding invoices, posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and strictly adhering to financial regulations.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing efficient accounts receivable processes.
• Strong analytical skills and outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
