Essential Functions:
• Develops and delivers technology services through managed services project activities requiring general knowledge of IQVIA's products and technical expertise.
• Responsible to handle handle client calls and reply back client emails with the required information.
• Has good understanding of the domain and the product so as to educate/guide the client in navigating through the product features.
• Assisting clients in updating the information in bulk through back end
• Responsible for extracting the required information on regular basis
• Responsible to coordinate with various teams including tech team, global team to ensure the case is resolved
• Responsible for creating, investigating, communicating and closing a case in CSM
• Escalating the issues to the concerned Tier 2 teams for case resolution with proper investigation details.
• Responsible for license procurement request
• Assist in testing of release features
• Required to work in Australia time zone i.e. 2.30am IST
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
