Role Details


  • Ensures the successful delivery in the daily production schedule which requires a Monday-Friday US EST working schedule.
  • Build and maintain a proficient subject matter knowledge of all Channel Lineups related applications, processes, data, and SLA’s.
  • Author and interpret report out material, compliance processes, SOP/SOW’s, process maps, context diagrams, and value streams as needed for MRC Accreditation Process.  
  • Train and certify (where applicable) on business policy and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop Reference strategies and processes to ensure product quality and client satisfaction, and lead continuous improvement of products, processes, and/or services.
  • Provide counsel, subject matter expertise, and direction to the business unit.
  • Develop and report key performance metrics that provide insight into operations health and control, and that align with client/market needs.
  • Serve as Operations liaison, partnering with Data Science, Engineering, Infrastructure, Application Development, Testing & Validation, Client Service & Product Leadership stakeholders as needed.
  • Scope & author business requirements for new or existing systems within area of expertise. 
  • Plan & document user acceptance testing for Operations, including an ability to author/validate operations based test material & understand software testing concepts.
  • Issuetrak process and/or via Client Service Rep’s Research and respond to E&Y Auditing requests to meet established SLAs

Role Qualifications


  • Proficient working knowledge/experience of US Television Channel Lineups or related systems & applications.
  • Ability to access and query MDL.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent demonstrated experience. 
  • 1-2 years of process/data/resource management experience.
  • 1 years of client facing communication experience
  • Ability to lead, facilitate & communicate clearly, tactfully & professionally.  
  • Ability to develop compelling & persuasive presentation material. 
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills that develop effective relationships with stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office Products.
  • Working hours from 6pm to 4pm IST
