- Key Responsibilities
Partner with SPG Engineering on cross-functional execution of programs to meet and exceed division and financial goals
Ensure OPEX (operating expense) spending is in alignment with project plans and spending targets for division
Responsible for business process creation and continuous improvement
Drive safety compliance including lab safety practices
Deliver Cross-functional execution of divisions’ operations programs to meet and exceed business unit and financial goals.
Own Interface Points across the enterprise including supply chain, AGS and drive specific plans for continuous improvement.
Achieve strategic and tactical alignment of the division with SPG BU and AMAT plans.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Lite labs of Applied India
- Space allocation
- Review new space requests and optimize available lite labs space
- Lab cost allocation
- Track tool utilization
- Removal of test stands/ tools not in use to ARM or warehouse and optimize space
- Work closely with GWI/ EHS on lab protocols etc
- PR creators/Material coordinators
- Manage the team of PR creators to support multiple BU’s
- Help BU’s for eSR’s to ship stuff in and out of India
- Help BU’s to raise a CAR request for assets in India
- Identify and develop process for AMIND to enable NSO/ ZENG activities for SPG.
- Work with WMO to reduce ECR cycle time for critical parts
- Drive productivity improvements in this area
- Establish system for R&D inventory in alignment with BKM’s in SCLA/ Varian/SGP for R&D parts used by SPG
- Liaison with SC team on high Gross margin parts transition to Low cost region
- Connect with all SPG COO’s on a regular cadence and showcase India Supplier capabilities and share cross BU the value being cone.
