Job Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai
Specification Management, General Consultant, Structural Consultants, Repair Consultant management, relation building with Govt. bodies and private influencers.
· Lead generation and development, presentation and value selling, generates early information.
· Bidding/ Tender management – pre-bid-starting with consultant -to - post-bid with the Sales team, provide tendering inputs, BOQ, Technical / Proposal submittals to Consultants.
· Specification/ solution driven approach - Project in planning stage to handover to Sales team after winning the job. Be vigilant of the project progress. Drive Specification selling to convert to direct sales.
· Actively develop new business by converting new customers and focusing on premium product sales, introduce new technologies to the Customer.
· Liaising with Customers, Consultant, Contractors, and Architects at all levels
