JOB DESCRIPTIONArea Sales Manager – NCSCritical Roles & Responsibility:Sell Outs:Revenue– To deliver Sell out Revenue as per the Annual Financial PlanUnits – To ensure Sell Out Units as per the Annual Financial PlanMaximize units by category and Accessories (where applicable)Maximize Market Share to lead the Category in all stores that are under her/his purviewTo build the store wise Product Assortment Plan (SPEX) in collaboration with the MBTo continuously interact with the Merchant Buyer (MB) of the respective SBU and communicate category wise inputs so that the gaps can be addressedTo work with the Chain Store Distribution Centres (DC) and Levi’s ® Key Account Managers (KAM) to ensure stock movement from DC to FloorTo implement “In Season Merchandise Management” inputs as provided on a regular basis from the MB / KAMTo ensure that key stores are maintained as per guidelines set by the organization for VMTo strive to ensure that the Levi’s ® sections within the store are perceptibly the “best” looking sectionsTo train the team to develop and understanding of VM and thereby ensure that standards are maintained across all sectionsTo ensure that new chain store sections are executed as per organization guidelines in co-ordination ertaken by competition on a regular basisTo implement Key Marketing activities and initiatives as taken by the SBU from time to timeTo utilize the relationship at the floor level to ensure maximum visibility for the brand during such marketing activitiesTo identify gaps in achievement @ the level of ASE and take corrective action on a regular basisTo follow a process of monthly / weekly target setting and motoringEnsure weekly cadences (reviews) are conducted on time as per the defined calendarTo pick our key actionable items and execute them as required with the relevant approvals LOCATIONIndia, Mumbai - OfficeFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull timeCurrent LS&Co Employees, apply via your Workday account.
