Thus, as we enter the next phase, modernization of Sanofi is required as per the recent announcements on DRIVE, and in this respect, we are in the beginning stages of organizing the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team at global level.


The GTMC organization will help us to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board and bring value and excellence in our commercial operations. This move is a key part of the aimed modernization of Sanofi and will allow us to focus on our priorities across our products, market and pipeline through the reallocation of resources and realizing the efficiencies of removing silos that exist between our business units, avoiding the duplication and overlapping of resources, standardizing our processes and tools, operating with a One Sanofi approach to accelerate our key capabilities development, and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit by speeding up the decision making.

As a Specialist - Web Performance within our Hyderabad Hub in Web and Social Media Operations Team, you'll be responsible for implementing and managing web tagging solutions, including Google Analytics. Your role will involve implementing and managing web tagging solution, ensuring seamless integration of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.


Main responsibilities:


  • Implement and manage web tagging solutions, including setting up and maintaining tags through Google Analytics
  • Provide digital supervisor support, ensuring seamless integration of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting, supporting data-driven decision-making
  • Monitor and optimize tag performance to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Conduct audits and troubleshooting to resolve tagging issues promptly and effectively
  • Monitor and analyze website metrics such as traffic and conversions: work closely with internal Web and Social Media Operations Hub and Content operations Hub for improving the organic visibility and search engine rankings of our websites to enhance our online presence and attract organic traffic
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance website performance

About you


Experience:


  • 3-5 years of experience in web tagging solutions including Google Analytics and other analytics platform
  • Desirable experience in pharmaceuticals / healthcare industry and scientific context mediation

Soft skills:


  • Stakeholder management
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage completing work activities

Technical skills:


  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks
  • Previous experience with Magnolia and other back-end development frameworks and content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience in Google Analytics tools / Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, Funnel.io, Mouseflow
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on data collection and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize tag performance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Education:


  • University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in computer science/engineering/life sciences, or related field)
  • Advanced degree in computer science/engineering/management/business analytics/life sciences/similar discipline desirable

Languages:


  • Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
