The Specialist- Repair & Re-Fielding Center for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for performing the repair process of field returned instruments at RRC and Ensuring high quality of RRC instruments through effective implementation of Repair process. Involve in all RRC activities as per the guidelines by Manager. Ensure to increase the productivity of RRC. Maintain the RRC center to align with QRA requirements.
This position is part of the Service department at our Repair and Re-fielding center in Chennai and will be onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the RRC Team and report to the Manager-Re-fielding Services & Technical Training-SWA responsible for executing the RRC processes with strong technical abilities, and problem resolution abilities and handling the RRC functions effectively by delivering a quality re-fielded instruments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and a good company image.
