YOUR ROLE
- Provide timely customer support – internal and external.
- Coordinate open tickets in Customer Query Tool Follow up on contributor input and open tickets.
- Provide input on process improvements
- Provide input on systems improvements
- Record customer complaints regarding product health and exposure issues and work with Regional PSRA teams to take appropriate action.
- Participate to the degree necessary in the preparation of customer specific forms and other customer support activities (e.g., support via customer portals), as required.
- Maintain knowledge of products, chemistries and processes.
- Assist and collaborate with other Regulatory Affairs Groups around the world.
- Confirm compliance with chemical control regulations (e.g., U.S. TSCA, REACH)
- Provide support for PSRA regional/global projects
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Should have a degree into Masters/bachelor’s in Chemistry/Bio-chemistry/ Bio-technology
- Should posses excellent costumer service skills & have experience in project management
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
