Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our materials and products, while also supporting various quality-related processes and stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities:
- Material Handling:
- Manage deviations in raw materials, locally manufactured products, and re-sale products.
- Oversee and support the resolution of product quality complaints.
- Coordination:
- Facilitate material qualification processes.
- Assist in new product development initiatives.
- Implement and coordinate customer-specific requirements, e.g. external testing.
- Ensure compliances to local requirement, e.g. FSSAI.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain customer-facing documents.
- Collaboration:
- Provide relevant information and quality support to stakeholders, including commercial teams, product line managers, and application specialists.
- Audit Support:
- Assist production sites during first, second, and third-party audits (e.g., customer audits, certification audits).
