Job Description
The Specialist – FP&A will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the organization. This individual will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic and operational decisions through financial analysis and forecasting.
Attributes required for position
· Chartered Accountant is preffered
·Proven working experience of 5-10 years with prior experience in FP&A (preferably Pharma)
·Experience in managing forecasting, budgeting, MIS reporting, etc.
·Advanced computer skills on MS office, accounting software & database
·Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
·High attention to details and excellent analytical skills
·Sound independent judgement
·Strong communication skills to senior leaders, external stakeholders
·Collaborative and team player
·Goal-orientated and committed to work
·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

1.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. This may involve collaborating with various departments to gather input and ensure accuracy.
2.Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making. This may involve variance analysis, profitability analysis, and other financial performance metrics.
3.Financial Modeling:Building and maintaining financial models to support scenario analysis, investment decisions, and business planning.
4.Reporting and Presentations: Generating and presenting financial reports and analyses to stakeholders, including senior management and external parties.
5.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with departments beyond finance, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to gather inputs, understand business dynamics, and align financial plans with broader organizational goals.
6.Regional Deliverables: Support regional team with various regional deliverables from time to time with qualitative expense and sales commentary.
