The Specialist, Customer Analytics has a significant role in using insight from customers and colleagues worldwide to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations.


Role Responsibilities


  • To develop a deep understanding of the key metrics for our business and build common business intelligence platforms for internal data consumption.
  • Working closely with various teams to perform all analytical support needed to improve effectiveness of customer acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, and retention initiatives.
  • To develop appropriate programming code and/or work with other developers and database administrators to prepare appropriate data tables for analysis.
  • Analyse, model and validate data for standard and ad hoc requests.
  • Supporting the set-up and execution of valid measurement plans based on Design of Experiment methodologies.

Role Requirements


  • 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in a data analytics role.
  • Hands on experience with querying databases (SQL) and advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge and professional experience with Adobe Analytics/Amplitude.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools like PowerBI.
  •  Experience in programming using Python is desired.
  • Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technological challenges, with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with cross-functional roles.
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results.
