We place employee experience at the center of our business model and have been recognized as one of America's Most Loved Workplaces®.We need a Special Projects Specialist to work on various tasks regarding E-commerce Platforms such as listing creation and activation, files upload, data entry, modification and adjustment, etc. What is a day in the life of a Special Projects Specialist?

• Performing initial checks for marketplace policies
• Compiling, preparing, and uploading data (descriptions, images, videos, etc.) to e-commerce marketplaces using EXCEL or Google Sheets
• Classifying documentation and modifying uploaded documents aiming for better upload optimization and preventing upload issues to e-commerce marketplaces
• New marketplace policies research, optimization and implementation to an existing model
• Ecommerce marketplaces account health-related tasks and action plans
• Communicating with Seller Center tech and customer support if needed
• Reporting to Junior and Senior Team Leads on ongoing projects
• Compiling research reports and presentations

What will I need to thrive in this role?

• Proficiency in communication both verbal and written in English
• Excel is one of the main tools in your work
• Experience in working with Seller Centers
• Ecommerce related job experience
