The Workday Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing our Workday HCM system to ensure efficient employee management and accurate data.


Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and address system improvement opportunities within the Workday HCM system.
  • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Own the change management process for Workday and ensure all the requirements are met during the change life cycle for change requests.
  • Coordinate within the IT and business teams and auditors as needed on all activities related to audit.
  • Participate in system upgrades, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal downtime.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR staff on Workday functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives related to Workday.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of IT change management processes and SOX Audit.
  • Proven experience in a Workday Analyst or related role.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionalities and best practices.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
