Job Title: Spec, IT- ERP Third Party Software

Job Summary: The IT Specialist (ERP Third Party Software) is responsible for the configuration, management and maintenance of essential third-party software that interfaces with Baxter’s ERP solutions. This includes testing and documentation of solutions developed by the team, providing system level support as well as assisting in the patching and upgrading of the third-party software.  Requires the ability to work effectively on independent projects, in cooperation with a variety of partners and other technical experts across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management/support of third-party solutions across the globe.
  • DCLINK, Createforms, Snappay, Parcel, Therefore Archives, Cannon capture
• Document, automate and train teams on new solutions
• Coordination with Database, functional and technical support teams across the globe
• Learn and implement new technology quickly
• Investigate post-implementation problems and initiate solutions
• Stay on sync with security and governance policies and procedures

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, Developers and other team members.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• Engineering Graduate 
• Linux and Windows operating system expertise
• Cloud Experience:
  • AWS Cloud Certification (Preferred not required)
• Background (exposure to):
  • DCLINK, Createforms, Snappay, Parcel, Therefore Archives, Cannon capture
• 3 plus years of experience with support of critical systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and prioritize internal requests
• Good great teammate, able to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities

• Must have strong English language skills and be comfortable conversing in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
