The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, and enhance product quality and supply chain resilience. 


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...


Key Responsibilities:


Global Supplier Relationship Management: Own and manage global relationships with key suppliers via Supplier Relationship Management, including business reviews and score cards. Preferred Supplier Program: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration, secure consistent supply, and improve performance. Manage supplier performance through regular evaluations, KPIs, and feedback. Help drive compliance through RFP, and benchmarking strategies.App rationalization: Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies including app rationalization and consolidation to create and execute sourcing strategies to meet company objectives, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier consolidation.Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Enhanced spend coverage to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure optimal terms and minimize risk. Ensure contracts align with legal, regulatory, and quality standards. Sourcing Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor and report on key sourcing metrics, track cost savings, and identify trends. Provide insights to support decision-making and strategy adjustments.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related supply chain function.
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management abilities.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
