Position Overview
Partner with Territory sales teams in translating a customers' challenges into technical solutions through application of in-depth domain knowledge, practical skills, out of box thinking, and vision about Manufacturing domain(s) and our Design and Manufacturing technology(s). You will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Sales and you will be based in India supporting the ANZ and ASEAN Sales teams through a virtual work environment.
Responsibilities
You will advise customers based on in-depth understanding of their business processes and knowledge of our technology and solution portfolio
You will deliver technical demonstrations, responds to commercial proposals, assesses feasibility, and suitability of proposed solutions
You will contribute to requirement definitions, scope documents, user needs studies, process, and project assessments for assigned sales opportunities
You will maintain a comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of the current technologies of your domain, and insight into the industry best practices, business processes, and offerings
You will develop technical content/sales presentations for use in presales activities and for sales automation content libraries
You will collaborate with our Account and Territory Teams including Strategic Territory Sales Representatives, Territory Sales Representatives, Product Specialists, Customer Success Specialists and Channel Managers
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
At least 5 - 8 years of experience working in the Manufacturing domain
Experience in Technical Sales
Experience with important industries including Industrial Machinery
Must be in a customer-facing role for at least 3 - 5 years
Experience using Autodesk Design and Data Management solutions
Experience W using Autodesk Simulation, CAM and Factory layout solutions
Experience working with 3D CAD software like SolidWorks, Siemens NX and PTC/CREO
