Job Description
Rockwell Automation is hiring Solution Consultant Manager.
You have at least 15 years of experience in solution consulting job profile with relevant background in Rockwell systems architectures. This should include customer-facing experience conveying the RA value propositions to the customer and counter competition objections.
You will report to Consultant Leader.
Your Responsibilities:
You have knowledge of partner solutions and how they integrate with Rockwell portfolio.
You have knowledge of entire portfolio of Rockwell products (large and small controllers, networking, Drives, Motion control, safety) and conduct an educated conversation with any customer.
You will develop new business opportunities through though-leadership with customers. Customer engagements could be through direct engagement, marketing events or plant walkthrough or similar engagement modes.
You will support Sales when opportunities are identified to provides the most optimum RA solution and increase customer mindshare for the solution to make Rockwell the most preferred supplier for their automation needs.
You will support all product and services business units.
You will direct and guide the commercial and technical sales support activities for company products, solutions or services.
You will coordinate working of solution consultants during pre-sales phase of the opportunity
You will guide the team as a commercial and technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions, and support closure of complex technical sales.
You will ensure competence of team for new products and solutions through constant skill upgradation.
You will administer functioning of team including 4DX and other such programs and initiatives.
You will provide feedback to the Business on market and competitor activities and future business needs.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
15 years of Solution Consultant, Commercial and Technical experience.
5 or more years of experience leading and motivating a team of high performing Solution consultants.
The ability to travel as per customer and stakeholder expectations.
