Stay on track: A diligent collaborator who achieves quarterly and annual objectives set by management. You’ll also need to respond effectively to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Constantly update yourself: A Salesforce enthusiast who participates in all product, sales, and procedural training and certifications, continuously learning to sharpen your knowledge.
It would be great if:
Have worked as a Salesforce Admin/Developer for at least 5-8 years
Have been a Solution Architect/ Engineer for at least 3 years
Have strong knowledge of Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
Have experience leading requirements gathering and creating solutions for Constituent Management, Donation Management, Grant Management, Program Management, Case Management, Volunteer Management, and nonprofit-related integrations
Know the applications of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Non-profit Cloud (NPC) and can probe deeper to better understand client requirements
Can hold interactive discussions to gain insights for projects
Are a team player and great at verbal and written communication
Have strong storytelling skills for proposal presentations and demos, and experience creating effective proposals that address client requirements and solutions.
It would be awesome if:
Have a strong interest in and some experience with Data Cloud and AI
Are creative and think outside the box.
Are able to work remotely
Can work at EST timings as needed
Have a hunger to grow and are comfortable working with both US and UK client
