Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Solution Architect - MDM in Chennai, India.
What a typical day looks like:
- Develop and implement Flex’s the new inhouse Master Data Management application
- understand the functional requirements of the project and work on technical tasks in building and testing the application
- Interact and coordinate with the MDM Functional and other technical teams
- Participate in design discussion and status meetings.
- Responsible for the integration of Flex Master Data Management systems with all downstream systems
- Build technical and solution architecture to support data integration needs of MDM and business critical applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead the implementation of data integration processes, data mapping, and modeling, ensuring data governance policies are adhered to, and resolving integration issues to maintain high data quality and integrity.
- Plan and coordinate the integration of MDM systems with existing IT infrastructure, applications, and databases, considering data synchronization, transformation, and cleansing requirements.
- Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to define data models and mapping rules, enabling seamless data exchange between MDM systems and various applications.
- Provide subject matter expertise on data architecture and data integration implementations across various downstream systems
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Minimum 10 + years of experience in master data management systems
- Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field
- Ideal candidate exhibits excellent listening and comprehension skills and has strong writing and editing skills. He / She is strong in communicating complex ideas. The candidate needs to have strong interpersonal communication and needs to be comfortable in presenting in group environments.
- The candidate is a collaborative, effective and proactive team member.
- Proficiency in data integration technologies, ETL/ELT processes, data mapping tools, and MDM platforms
- The candidate must be skillful at gathering and analyzing information and is quick to identify potential problems that need resolution.
