Banking solution architect - 18+ years of experience in designing and implementing technical solutions for banking customer, consulting, vendor management, leading product & project management functions. Lead solutioning and technical implementation for a major transformation program including ATM switch migration (connex to ACI switch migration). Should have strong JAVA microservices - full stack experience.


  • 15+ years of experience in Banking, Cards, and Payment’s domain with strong expertise in FIS Connex, Base24, EFT Switch platforms, Acquiring and Issuing Applications, Regulatory and Card Schemes compliance, authorization, clearing/settlement.
  • Strong experience in migration of one payment switch to another (ex:  Connex to ACI).
  • Subject Matter Expert in cards and payments domain systems such as Payment gateway, ATM/POS, Merchant Management system, EFT Switches – Connex, BASE24 & EPOC, Card Management system.
  • Strong Expertise in Payment system message formats such as ISO8583, AS2805 and ISO20022.
  • Expertise in EMV, Scheme Tokenization, Mobile Payments, 3DS, Faster Payments.
  • Strong experience in working with Global and regional scheme compliance regulation and mandates - Visa, MasterCard, Amex/JCB, Diners and UPI, EFTPOS.
  • Skilled in designing payments architecture and strategizing in performance optimization, scalability, and security of payment systems.
  • Experience in ACI switch is an added advantage
