1) Experience of 14 to 20 years max
2) Atleast 2 years of PreSales and Solutioning Experience
a. Collecting Requirements from cutomers and providing solutions.
b. Can provide estimations for the solutions
3) 4 to 5 years of Architecting in Open source technologies like below: (Should not be limited to just Open source though it is the main skill)
a. Object Oriented Programming
b. Design patterns (Basic GoF)
c. Microservices architecture
d. SOA – Service Oriented Architecture
e. Redis
f. Kafka
g. Mongo DB
h. Spring boot
i. Apache Camel
j. Spring cloud
4) Good Communication and Presentation Skills
