We are building solutions to connect mining assets, people, and processes that help our customers and engineers make better-informed decisions using manufacturing intelligence technologies.We are also transforming the way we do business through an exciting Performance Excellence program.As a Solution Architect for Identity and Access Management and DXP, you will beprimarily working onour Identity and access management system Customers as well as our flagship Content management and delivery platform. You will be part of the wider Group Digital Development team and contribute to a wide array of projects.

Key Responsibilities:


Responsibilities for IAM:


  • Design and implement cloud architectures using Azure resources, ensuring integration with Microsoft Entra ID capabilities.
  • Analyze and evaluate the company’s existing systems and infrastructure to propose improvements with a focus on identity and access management.
  • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions that leverage Microsoft Entra ID’s advanced features.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members about the cloud architecture and its implications for identity management.
  • Coordinate with the cloud operations team to ensure the solution is effectively managed and maintained, with a focus on Entra ID governance.
  • Expert knowledge on the latest developments in cloud computing, Azure platform, and Microsoft Entra ID services.
  • Implement automation tools and frameworks for cloud deployments, incorporating Entra ID’s identity solutions.
  • Ensure the cloud environment meets compliance requirements and follows best security practices, particularly in identity and access management.
  • Provide technical guidance, documentation and support for cloud development teams in implementing Entra ID solutions.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues, with a focus on identity-related challenges.
  • Create corresponding and/or necessary documentation (documents, diagrams, etc) to be shared with the team. This should include technical documentation for implementation, policies, infrastructure and any other relevant areas.

Responsibilities for DXP:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and requirements. They analyse the business context, goals, and challenges to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate the current technology landscape, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Propose enhancements or modifications to existing systems to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Document architectural designs, system components, and integration patterns. Clear documentation helps communicate the solution vision to development teams, stakeholders, and other architects.
  • Collaborates with business analysts, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders. They ensure alignment between technical decisions and business goals.
  • Guide development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring that the DXP components integrate seamlessly, follow best practices, and meet quality standards.
  • Provide estimates for development efforts, considering factors like complexity, team size, and project timelines.

Experience:


  • Proven experience as an Azure Solution Architect with a focus on cloud-based identity and access management.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, including licensing, governance, and managed identities.
  • Experience with cloud migration, virtualization, identity management, and IT operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to professional development.
  • Proven experience with CMS and DXP systems and customer facing web based applications.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:


Preferred Skills:


  • Microsoft Entra ID External ID, P1 or P2 licenses knowledge.
  • Azure certifications such as the Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect [AZ-305].
  • Experience with Entra ID Governance features such as Entitlement management, Access reviews, and Lifecycle Workflows.
  • Understanding of compliance regulations and how they relate to identity and access management in the cloud.
  • Optimisley / Episerver DXP knowledge and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in Identity management.
  • Strong understanding of Entra ID(Azure AD) Identity management, Federation, Single sign on.
  • Experience with Entra ID Policy Management like Conditional Acess Management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph APIs, Service Principal, Managed Identity and PowerShell scripting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Modern app development workflow using GitHub and GitHub actions/ Azure DevOps
  • Proficient knowledge of Azure App service deployments.
