The Solutions Architect is responsible for evaluating business requirements and designing comprehensive solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing technology environments. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, guiding the development team, and ensuring that the solution aligns with both technical and business goals. The Solutions Architect must be a skilled communicator, an expert in various technologies, and have strong leadership capabilities to steer projects from conception to completion.
We are looking for: Solution Architect
You’ll make a difference by:
1.Solution Design:
- Analyze business requirements to create technical architecture and design.
- Develop high-level system design, including architecture, integration, and migration strategies.
- Ensure the architecture aligns with industry best practices and enterprise standards.
2.Technology Evaluation:
- Identify suitable technology stacks for different solutions based on performance, cost, and scalability.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party solutions or platforms as needed.
3.Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other teams to ensure technical solutions are viable and feasible.
4.Development and Implementation Guidance:
- Provide technical leadership to the development teams, including defining coding standards, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, and overseeing the technical aspects of the implementation.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that best practices are followed during the development lifecycle.
5.Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, process flows, and integration strategies.
- Ensure documentation is accessible and updated regularly.
6.Risk Management:
- Identify potential technical risks during the design and implementation phases, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, and able to handle future growth.
7.Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying opportunities for improvements.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and address performance bottlenecks.
8.Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to continually enhance the architecture and design approaches.
- Provide input into organizational technology strategies and roadmaps.
You’ll win us over by:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, with expertise in designing complex software solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Angular (versions 2+), including component-based architecture, state management (e.g., NgRx), and front-end optimization techniques.
- Expertise in front-end technologies, including TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience integrating Angular applications with back-end APIs, using RESTful services or GraphQL.
- Knowledge of architectural patterns, cloud computing, microservices, and enterprise application integration.
- Proficiency in various back-end programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and tools.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), networking, and security.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership experience.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Certification in cloud architecture (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.)
