Be Agile:
Define solutions in an agile way with an appreciation for evolving architectures
Have a good knowledge of key architectural characteristics that need to be defined, derived, documented, and evolved while playing the role of an architect in an Agile way of working
Eager to contribute to the development activities when the situation demands
Able to work in different solution definition requests across different business domains at a given point of time
Able to plan work for self and the team according to the bandwidth
Technical Mastery:
Has proven experience in defining solutions beyond intranet – Internet & Extranet based solutions
Able to explain the impact of choosing one technology stack over the other, one architectural style vs the other and on prem vs cloud
Act as a referent on architectural styles, patterns & solutions and able to communicate with developers at different levels of experience
Proven experience in defining solutions involving AI/ML/Chatbots
Confident in technology conversations with multiple stakeholders – Developers/Peers/Architects/Product Leaders/Cross-region community members
Experience in preparing architecture documentations in line with the expectations using the standard tools
Proven contribution to reusable assets, using corporate standards (Boiler plate, Utilities, etc.)
Proven experience in leading and facilitating discussions around technology topics
Has experience defining and shaping up community – focus areas, road map, facilitating events etc.
Solution Definition:
Identify areas/problem statements that can take advantage of highly reactive & responsive architecture styles and propose the same to the stakeholders at different levels
Define solutions considerate of the agile best practices, their influences by defining just enough architecture and letting the architecture evolve
Experienced in App modernization, digitization of application portfolio and implement appropriate techniques in the solutions
Review solutions, designs and proposals
Identify opportunities to enhance the optimization of the compute/memory/networking resources in existing solutions
Propose more than one option for a solution, validate/review the options against the trade-offs and communicate the same
Identify the varied operational characteristics required for a solution and define the right infrastructure and resource requirements in alignment to the corporate and business/product roadmap
Be able to tailor the technology stack for the solution and suggest new technologies that can be used to solve the specific problem statement through PoCs / case studies
Learn & Share:
Proven experience in leading interest groups across different business domains
Experienced in recognizing repeating pattern of problem statements, define, convince and implement effective solutions
Understands the modern advances in the area of expertise and implements the right approaches particularly around defining cost effective solutions using cloud, reusable components and tools
Good knowledge on integration patterns and implements the right integration solutions for the problem statement
Assists the team in gaining familiarity in how applying best practices be it design patterns, software craftsmanship, object-oriented patterns can help deliver easy to maintain products
Educate the teams on the corporate technology standards, solution options, libraries, components, and platforms
Willing to train teams on the technology advances / case studies / solution definitions
