We are seeking a skilled Systems Support Analyst to manage client support activities for our healthcare software system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare provider systems such as HIS, EMR, and LIS, gained from previous roles in implementing or supporting such systems. Knowledge of databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL), Linux, Docker, and monitoring tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for healthcare software systems.
Manage client support activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Implement and support healthcare provider systems (HIS, EMR, LIS).
Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Maintain and update technical documentation and support procedures.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of healthcare provider systems (HIS, EMR, LIS).
Proficiency in databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
Experience with Linux and Docker.
Familiarity with monitoring tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
