At Motorola Solutions, we're guided by a shared purpose - helping people be their best in the moments that matter - and we live up to our purpose every day by solving for safer. Because people can only be their best when they not only feel safe, but are safe. We're solving for safer by building the best possible technologies across every part of our safety and security ecosystem. That's mission -critical communications devices and networks, AI-powered video security & access control and the ability to unite voice, video and data in a single command center view. We're solving for safer by connecting public safety agencies and enterprises, enabling the collaboration that's critical to connect those in need with those who can help. The work we do here matters.
As a dynamic technology enterprise that operates on a global scale, Motorola Solutions and its products present an attractive target for malicious actors. This role allows you to use your cybersecurity and software engineering skills to protect the people who protect us. Our customers are first responders. Fire, police, paramedics, 911 call takers, and 911 dispatchers. And when we or our loved ones place that 911 call, we become the customer of our customers. We want that call to be answered and the communications between the dispatcher and the first responder to be available. If you are passionate about securing mission-critical products and services and thrive in a global, collaborative, cross-functional team, we have an exciting opportunity for you that implements secure software development practices, vulnerability management, and other cutting-edge cybersecurity projects.
In an ever-evolving threat landscape, the Product Security team is at the forefront of defending against cyber threats, helping the business ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our products. As a Vulnerability Management Software Developer, you will design, develop, and implement the tooling to integrate data from multiple sources to augment our vulnerability management platform. This provides product development teams with actionable insights to further safeguard data and systems from potential threats.
MSI provides a work environment that encompasses workplace flexibility, continued professional growth through paid training and certifications, conferences and seminars, and education assistance. Our culture encourages the honing of current skills and the building of new capabilities.
