Required Skills and Experience:
•Proven experience as a Software Architect or in a similar role, with expertise in IoT, Microservices, Cloud, DevOps, and Security.
•Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills.
•Expertise in evaluating and implementing technology stacks aligned with business needs.
•Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead architecture discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Alignment & Requirement Translation:
•Understand business roadmaps and objectives, deriving clear business and architectural requirements.
•Translate business needs into comprehensive architectural solutions.
Architectural Design & Consolidation:
•Design future-proof IoT platform architectures, integrating UI, Microservices, Cloud, DevOps, Data handling, and Security.
•Consolidate business, non-functional, functional, operational, and software engineering requirements.
Technology & Tool Selection:
•Evaluate and select relevant technologies and tools with a keen understanding of industry trends and market practices.
Documentation & Team Collaboration:
•Document and communicate architectural frameworks clearly to guide technical teams in implementation.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Architectural Integrity:
•Continuously monitor and maintain the health of architectures, making iterative improvements when necessary.
Leadership & Mentorship:
•Mentor and develop junior architects, fostering a culture of growth and innovation within the architecture team.
Stakeholder Management & Influence:
•Engage with stakeholders, rationalizing architectural decisions and influencing outcomes with strong conviction.
