Key Responsibilities
- Overall 3+ years of experience in software product development
- Should have experience into .Net C#, ASP.NET,JSON,SQL Server,.NET framework 4.8 , .NET 8,ASP.NET MVC, JQuery, React ,HTML CSS
- Experience in leading medium to large software development agile teams to achieve business outcome within given constraints
- Experience in deploying SDLC best practices to achieve engineering goals with measurable outcomes, ability to identify & remove waste is desirable
- Experience in deploying visual & metrics-based management practices in agile teams for effective scope, quality & schedule management in collaboration with business & functional stakeholders
- Experience in working Agile teams & SAFe release trains is a plus
- Should be self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must
- Experience in People management is desirable
- Understanding of architecture & design principles, business requirement management will be preferred
- Experience with security systems will be a plus
