Senior Coordinator This position shall entail the dual responsibilities of an Executive Assistant and a Project Manager to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working with large cross-functional teams performing administrative duties and providing support to the leaders. Responsibilities Manage professional scheduling for the DPA Top Leadership including agendas, mail, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site Qualifications Experience in an administrative, coordination, PM role: 4 -6 years Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees Ability to work with different geographies and cultural experience sensitivity Differentiating Competencies Required Experience working in a large scale global GCC/ Shared Services environment Strong communication skills Demonstrated track record of strong project management, collaboration
