Software Engineering Manager: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineering Manager with good experience in deploying Conversational AI. In this role, you will lead the low level design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered applications across both frontend and backend layers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/X designers, software engineers, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and continuous optimization of our solutions. Responsibilities Lead Full Stack Development: Architect, develop, and deploy scalable applications. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to align on project requirements and timelines Manage end-to-end development processes from initial planning, Designing, development, testing, to deployment and maintenance. Exposure to Front end tech like React, Native react JS is an added advantage Should have either full backend and microservices SpringBoot, Node and Express JS experience Exposure to Azure BOT services and Azure Cognitive services is an advantage Deployment & CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). Ensure robust version control, code reviews, and quality assurance practices. Team Management: Mentor and guide principal software engineers and Dev Leads, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovations. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10-14 years of experience in hands-on full-stack development. Exposure in deploying Cloud Cognitive services and custom models in production environments. Technical Skills: Primary in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js). Strong expertise in back-end frameworks (Java SpringBoot, Node.js). Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform). Experience with API development and microservices architecture. Strong exposure of Cloud cognitive and AI services services . Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Bonus Skills: Experience with MLOps tools and platforms. Understanding of NLP, computer vision, and other AI subfields. Experience with GraphQL or similar query languages.
