Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RPA tools UiPath and a strong background in software development. Responsibilities Process Understanding and Feasibility Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand existing processes. Evaluate processes for automation feasibility and recommend improvements. RPA Solution Development: Design and develop RPA workflows using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Ensure the solutions meet business requirements and follow best practices. Testing and Validation: Conduct unit and integration testing of automated workflows to identify and fix issues. Perform end-to-end process testing to validate the automation in real-world scenarios. Documentation: Document RPA workflows, configurations, and user guides for stakeholders. Maintain records of design specifications, testing results, and process flows. Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT, and operations. Provide regular updates on automation progress and performance to stakeholders. Compliance and Security: Ensure RPA solutions comply with organizational security and regulatory requirements. Safeguard sensitive data handled by RPA bots. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with advancements in RPA tools and technologies. Propose innovative solutions to further enhance process automation and efficiency. By excelling in these accountabilities, an RPA Developer ensures the successful implementation, operation, and maintenance of automation solutions that deliver tangible business value. Qualifications 6 to 9 years of experience as RPA Developer and hands-on experience in software development . RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional). Experience with AI/ML integration in RPA solutions is added advantage. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Knowledge of database management and SQL. Understanding of APIs and integration. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
