Overview: We are seeking an Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our SF Service Delivery team. This role requires a strong foundation in SQL, knowledge of multiple SF platform modules like Sales, Revenue and Service Clouds, strong analytical skills and conceptual understanding of sales processes. He/She will work on  GCP projects to support our business operations and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the Salesforce Platform operations and Service delivery
• Monitor incidents logged for the platform through ServiceNow and manage operations meeting SLAs.
• Work on customization and configurations of the Salesforce cloud components.
• Monitor the various data integrations between platforms and fix any problems.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to help resolve Production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs through data analysis.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business operations or sales environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases.
• Knowledge with design and implementation of web-based interfaces and APIs using Apex code, web services etc.
• Exceptional customer service skills, and experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Conceptual understanding of data lakes and data warehousing principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
