Role Overview: As an SAP Application Expert in SAP SD, you'll enjoy significant autonomy and ownership, positively impacting your deliverables. Collaborating closely with product managers, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of understanding our organizational needs. Together with your team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and developing the application end-to-end, from initiation and design to creating functional requirements, testing, and delivering solutions. Acting as a liaison between business functions and technical teams, you'll identify gaps, resolve issues, and design effective workarounds. You'll work with highly skilled professionals on H&M Group’s advanced SAP platform, engaging in both global rollouts of template solutions and strategic maintenance, with ample opportunities for learning and development. Our aim is to achieve compliance, quality, and efficiency in all financial and supply chain solutions.
 


Team overview: SAP Customer Order to Cash team plays a crucial role within the E-commerce IT landscape for H&M Group. Our mission is to seamlessly integrate legally compliant sales data into SAP ECC, ensuring efficient payment processes and delivering comprehensive accounting and controlling solutions. Operating with high volume, speed, and quality, we oversee the entire process from available stock to the customer, supporting Omni capabilities across both store and online channels. Whether through our own channels or external partners, we specialize in Business to Consumer operations, managing online invoices and serving as a reliable source of sales data for stakeholders


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze Requirements: Evaluate business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Configuration and Development: Configure systems and write functional specifications to create new functionalities.
  • Testing and Support: Test, support, and maintain the SAP Customer OTC product.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire software implementation lifecycle, including SAP configuration, test planning and execution, deployment to test and production systems, and post-go-live support.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Managers.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of resolving complex SAP OTC issues, collaborating with AM teams as needed.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize existing SAP OTC solutions for improved performance and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to business process optimization and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Impact Analysis: Perform impact analysis for proposed changes and solutions.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and train junior team members

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements (Competence and Tools):


  • Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience in SAP SD, with involvement in at least 2 implementations and 1 support project.
  • SAP SD Proficiency: Expertise in SAP SD configuration, requirement/gap analysis, creation of functional specifications, user training, documentation, and support.
  • Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP SD-MM and SD-FI integration.
  • Solution Exploration: Ability to explore and identify the best solution approach among alternatives.
  • Pricing Procedures: Proficiency in configuring and managing pricing procedures.
  • Logistics Process: Strong understanding of logistics processes.
  • Order Processing: Comprehensive knowledge of order processing, order fulfillment, returns process, billing, consignment process, intercompany transactions, revenue recognition, outputs, copy controls, routines ATP, IDocs, and master data.
  • Enhancements and Custom Solutions: Significant experience in major enhancements involving RICEFW objects using APIs, BAPIs/BADIs, and the ability to design custom solutions.
  • E-Invoicing: Experience in e-invoicing solutions.

Additional Beneficial Competencies:


  • ABAP Debugging: Skills in ABAP debugging.
  • System Integration: Hands-on experience with integration with external systems.
  • Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
  • MS Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Office for documenting and presenting design improvements.
  • S4 Experience: Experience working with S4.
  • SAP Retail: Experience in SAP Retail is an added advantage.
