Position Overview
We are looking for a technically skilled Software Engineer to join our Marketing Support team, focusing on enterprise-level support for marketing tools and their integrations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to address incidents and ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will bring programming and database skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for marketing platforms such as Marketo, Allocadia, Folloze, 6Sense, AIQ, Rainfocus
Lead operations and integrations with tools like Salesforce and Snowflake
Investigate and resolve issues related to tool functionality, data workflows, and integrations
Create and maintain scripts for automation and troubleshooting using programming languages like Python
Hands-on experience in ReactJS
Analyze and resolve data-related issues using SQL queries and reporting tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and optimize marketing workflows and integrations involving AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateways)
Assist with tool configuration, customization, and enterprise system integrations
Document technical resolutions, workflows, and best practices to ensure effective knowledge sharing
Stay updated on the latest marketing technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or a similar role
Proficiency in programming languages (such as Python) for automation and incident resolution
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management
Familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, or related tools
Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to align work hours to provide support in AMER and EMEA time zones, whenever needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing platforms such as Marketo, Allocadia, Folloze, 6Sense, AIQ, Rainfocus, or similar tools
Prior experience in supporting marketing operations or similar functions
Hands-on experience with the Marketo ddmin section, and Marketo integrations is a plus
Understanding of enterprise-level integrations with tools like Salesforce or Snowflake
Adaptability to learn new technologies and tools in a dynamic environment
